Description Of Incident: MVA Car into back of parked tractor trailer.

While this incident was going, a car fire occurred southbound directly across from this MVA. The driver of the vehicle jumped out of the car while it was still travelling about 50mph with the vehicle on fire. The driver was okay, but the car took out a light pole before stopping against a tree.
