Putnam County VHF Frequencies?

I was doing some research on www.radioreference.com and a few things popped out at me.

154.43750 KED862 RM EMS Countywide

155.28000 KSS219 BM EMS

I'm a bit curious as to what these channels are for and if they are used at all?

The first one is a alternate frequency for the Coordinators to contact the 911 center. 155.280 is in our EMS stack along with 220, 205, and 340. We really don't use it for anything. I believe either GVAC or PVAC used to sue it for thier dispatch frequency before we switched them over to 205
