Location: Hayvenhurst Avenue X Napa/Chase streets.

Departments: LAFD

Description: Buisness Jet took off from Van Nuys Airport enroute to Long Beach with a baggage door open. Aircraft crashed a short distance from the airport, killing it's (2) occupants.
