1508hrs- B-32 S/C extra Engine and Truck. Truck will be new FAST.

1512hrs- Div. 11 transmitting 2nd Alarm. (2) L/S, (1) in operation. Fire has extended to floors above.

2nd Alarm: E-202, 219, 211; L-119; E-9/S-1; B-57 (Safety), Rescue B/C, Safety B/C; B-35 (RUL); Field Comm, TAC #1

1520hrs- Div. 11 rpts fire is K/D. Fire had extended to the 2nd and 3rd floors through a pipe chase. Incoming units on the 2nd Alarm respond in on a 10-20.
