Description Of Incident: head on mva with two pinned in one vehicle. Extensive Extrication. Extrication was time was 15-20 minutes. One child between 12-14 years old was prounounced dead on arrival to the hospital, driver of the same vehicle is listed in critical condition, driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries
