Description Of Incident: Reported bank robbery with attempted carjacking of an Off-Duty P.O.

1220hrs- Units giving shots fired on arrival of a reported bank robbery. Numerous ESU enroute. Perps fled bank and attempted to carjack an off-duty P.O. with his family in the vehicle. P.O. was shot and returned fire.

1234hrs- PCT units advising (2) perps under, (1) shot by P.O.'s. (1) perp still outstanding.

1240hrs- (1) P.O. with a GSW to the leg going to Elmhurst Hospital.

1245hrs- Level 3 Mobilization requested.
