Initial Summary:   

Deputy Chief Hollingsworth responded to structure fire and a woods fire in the early morning hours of 11/30/2006, clearing the scene of the final call at 2:07 am.

He complained of chest pains around 7 am and went the doctor.

He was sent home, but went to the hospital later that day still feeling ill.

He was admitted and died that evening.
