Description Of Incident: Dispatched for an unknown fire at new school construction site. On arrival of 2082, found rubbish fire next to storage trailer. Crews used 1 3/4" line with foam to extinguish, forced entry on trailer to find extension within. Also used a 1 3/4" line of water to cool off surrounding areas and storage container. Multiple locks and chains were taken in order to gain access. Fire is under investigation. TL44 was available from scene, other units were committed for approx. 1 hour.
