Location: 280 West 113rd St.

Description Of Incident: Interior collapse of (3) floors in a (5) story MD under construction.

1233hrs- Rpts of a building collapse. ESU enroute. FD being notified. 28 PCt units responding.

1st Alarm/Collapse Assignment: E-47, 37, 58; L-26, 40; B-11; Sq-1, R-1, R-3/Collapse Rescue #3, L-25 w/Collapse Rescue #1, TL-14 SOC Support; SOC Compressor Unit, Haz Mat #1, Haz Mat B/C, TAC #1, Field Comm, Safety B/C, Rescue B/C

1235hrs- 28th PCT units and ESU Truck 2 confirming an interior collapse with workers unaccounted for. ESS Truck 1 units responding. TARU, Aviation and CARV, K-9 all enroute.

1242hrs- Batt. 11 rpts (3) workers reportedly trapped. Req. multiple EMS. Building is a 5-story brick 25X90.

1248hrs- Div. 3 transmitting 10-60 (Major Emergency).

2nd Alarm/10-60: E-76, 91, 59, 53, 80, E-9/S-1; L-30, TL-45 SOC Support,

Lad. 30, B-16, 10, 17, 12 (Safety), 14 (RUL), Div. 6; E-93/Mobile Command #2

1250hrs- Units have located (1) DOA inside structure. Searches still underway.

1256hrs- (1) injured worker, not pinned, removed from building. 2nd in the process.

1315hrs- Division 3 rpts (2) workers transported to St. Lukes. (1) DOA still in the building. All members being removed from the building to re-evaluate. Buildings Dept. has a (20) minute ETA. Duration of job is 42 minutes.

1429hrs- Car 4D rpts (1) DOA worker removed from building and awaiting ME. All members exiting the building.
