Description Of Incident: Calls of multiple shots fired with several suspects running from the scene. Updated too a confirmed man down, shot. Upon arrival 1 victim was found with a gunshot wound to the bicep. Victim uncooperative. Crime scene located and a parked vehicle hit. Vehicle was impounded by CIU for processing. Victim to St josephs E.R. non-life threatening injuries via Empress Medic unit. Detectives on scene investigating.
