Units Operating: NYSP, Montrose Fire, Cortlandt EMS, Cortlandt ALS

Description Of Incident: NYSP 3K53 en route with (2) Troopers to a domestic dispute involved in a PIAA. Units reporting (1) Trooper with compound arm fracture.
