1835hrs-Putnam Valley Fire, Ambulance & Medic-3 dispatched to above location for a PIAA w/entrapment.

1837hrs-Putnam Valley VAC has a full crew assembling.

1840hrs-Putnam 911 re-toning Putnam Valley FD; additional perssonel needed.

1843hrs-Mahopac Falls FD-Ambulance, as well as Mohegan VAC requested as the 2nd ambulance to the scene.

1845hrs-EMT & Attenant needed for Mahopac Falls.

1846hrs-Putnam Valley VAC has a full crew for their 2nd ambulance. Mahopac Falls Ambulance placed on stand-by, Mohegan VAC to stand down.
