2327: Alarm rec'd from central station for address

2330: 401 sent

2334: 401 advises 2 persons running on roof of premise, req additional units

2335: other 4pct units setting up initial perimeter with assist from 3pct

2337: 401 req YFD with tower ladder to front of building for roof access

as well as ESU and K9

2342: TL71 on scene on New Main St.

2346: ESU in bucket raising to the roof of row of conjoined stores for search

0018: 410: located other open roof hatches in complex

0020: NYPD Aviation requested to scene for infrared search

0022: Trk 2 has 1 detained on roof

0024: Trk 2 confirms at least 1 suspect still at large

0024: ESU supervisor to scene with additional ESU officers

0031: 851 (ESU Sgt) enroute to scene

0038: 50 pct Sgt enroute as ground contact for aviation 18

0040: all resp ESU personnel and K9 to New Main St for direction

0110: Aviation 18 overhead initiating roof top scan

0110: No traffic through area

0143: All roof tops in area clear per NYPD Aviation

0153: ESU moving to tactical ops...suited up and entering buildings

0225: Aviation 18 low on fuel...leaving for airfield

0247: Wachovia Bank on S Bdwy searched, negative results

0355: HSBC Bank on S Bdwy also negative

0402: Perimeter lifted...radio silence cleared

0501: Trk 2 located 2nd suspect in crawl space located in rear of Wachovia Bank Building

Both Suspects Arrested by YPD at the scene. Still under investigation.
