Units Operating: Putnam Medic 1, Philipstown 3371, PCSO, CSPD, CSFC, NHFD (standby for possible L/Z), Stat Flight (Standby)

Description Of Incident: Subject traveling s/b on 9D....subject lost control of car @ 9D & Fair St. Pt. ejected from car. Transported ALS to WMCS via 3371. Unknown condition of pt. @ this time.
