Units Operating: YPD 2nd PCT, ESU Truck 2, Truck 3, Truck 4, ESU 848 (Sgt); WCPD Bomb Squad, YFD

Description Of Incident: 32-year old male found dead in a 6th floor apartment of an apparent self-inflicted GSW. Officers found what appeared to be a pipe bomb near a comupter in the apartment. WCPD Bomb Squad evaluted device using thier robot and chose to destroy the device with a water cannon.
