Description Of Incident:

Incident #1- S/B opposite DOT garage, multiple calls car in the water, person trapped. YPD ESU T-2, T-4, 1st pct units, NYSP, YFD E-314, SQD 11, L-70, B-2, Safety Battallion, Empress medic 304 & 33, Transit Towing.

Vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed lost contro traveled over the guardrail overturning several times before crashing through several tree's and landing down a 75ft gully in the water. Operator self extricated and helped up to the road by NYSP, who later arrested him for DWAI. Transit towing with several wreckers on scene for extensive recovery job.

Incident #2 - 0445hrs. Same spot. A careless rubber necker traveling at a high rate of speed looking at incident #1 rear ends an SUV and almost hit several NYSP and YPD officers directing traffic. YPD ESU T-4, 1st pct units, NYSP, Empress medic 304 & medic 32, more transit tow trucks. ESU T-4 already on scene extricated the driver (door pop) who had neck and back pain. Patient packaged by ESU and turned over to Empress paramedics who transported the victim to WCMC in stable condition.

Incident #3- 0645hrs S/B, N/O DOT garage MM2.9 Reports of a roll-over with a person trapped. YPD ESU T-4 (LATE), T-2, T-4 (DAY), 1st pct units, NYSP, YFD E-314, SQD11, L-70, B-2, Safety Battallion, Empress medic 301,304, medic 32, Tac 2, Transit towing. Ypd 1st Pct unit, on scene reporting confirmed rollover, vehicle upright with a female with a serious arm injury & semi concious. Unit requested a rush on ESU for a confirmed pin. YFD L -70, ESU T-4, T-2 on scene, extricating (roof removal / b-post takedown). Victim extricated and packaged by above units all operating. Empress Medics packaged / treated and transported victim to WCMC in serious condition. NYSP on scene investigating.
