0226hrs- Co's rpt difficulty in gaining access to building.

0227hrs- B-35 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Tower Ladders to set up on arrival.

2nd Alarm: E-222, 277, 271; TL-111; E-207/S-6; B-28 (Safety), B-57 (RUL); Safety B/C, Field Com., Rescue B/C, TAC #1

0234hrs- Div-11 rpts (3) L/S, (2) in operation. Fire is through the roof, co's going to exterior op's.

0304hrs- Div. 11 transmitting 3rd Alarm. Staging will be Bushwick X Flushing

3rd Alarm: E-214, 211, 206, 229; L-119, 146; B-31, B-32 (Staging), B-39 (Air Recon)

0317hrs- Car 9 rpts (2) Tower Ladders in operation. Fire is through the roof and beginning to darken down.

0630hrs- Car 9 transmitting 4th Alarm for relief.
