Initial Summary:   

Chaplain/Deputy Chief England was attending the Department weekly work detail serving as the Co-Coordinator of the Crisis Response Team.

While performing those duties he complained of not feeling well and left to take a lunch break.

Shortly after departing, Dr. England suffered a massive CVA, passing away from the injury several days later.
