60 Control originally dispatched the Croton FD & EMS for the MVA on Route 9 SB at the U-turn. On dispatch 2081, E119, 55B1 were responding. While enroute the incident was determined to be north of the given location. E119 arrived first, reported a traumatic arrest to incoming units. Montrose FD and Cortlandt EMS were dispatched accordingly. Further details as they are received from the press....
