1552hrs- Car 2512 req. Collapse Unit to scene, rpts male is buried up to his waist, attempting a rapid extrication due to victims injuries.

1558hrs- Req. E-66 to man the Collapse Rig.

1600hrs- Stat Flight req., E-71 to the LZ.

1602hrs- Control advising Life Star #2 enroute with a 30 minute ETA.

1606hrs- M/A Greenville to scene w/Collapse Trailer.

1609hrs- S/C Con Ed vacuum truck to scene.

1614hrs- S/C additional Truck to scene (L-34), respond into the rear of 280 Old Mamaroneck Road.

1630hrs- Life Star #2 rpts a (5) minute ETA.
