Description Of Incident: Serious PIAA SUV into a Thruway Auth. Pick up. w/ entrapment and vehicle on fire.

Upon arrival one victim trapped, fire knocked down by passerbyers. Lake Carmel and Patterson to the scene for extrication. Lake Carmel to handle landing zone on Rt 311 and 84. One patient Stat Flight to WMC and three BLS via Patterson FD to Putnam Hospital Center.
