Location: West Side Highway, southbound X West 83rd St.

Units Operating:

Description Of Incident: MV travelling northbound crossed over and struck vehicle southbound. (1) vehicle fully involved w/ rpts of (1) DOA in vehicle. (3) additional aided. Highway remains closed southbound for AI at 1730hrs
