1341hrs Responding is ENG 84, 67, 80, L23, RES 3, COL 3, SQ 41, D6, TAC 1, RES Batt

1342hrs Batt 16 reports evacuating lower 3 floors. Approx 300 people effected. Requests building department and DEP. Will be using all hands when units get in.

1349hrs Batt 16 requests building department come to location with all plans/drawings for building

1402hrs Divison 6 requests a rush on DEP. Has water coming through several spots in foundation of building
