Description Of Incident: High speed fatal head-on collision between Toyota Corolla and Mitsubishi Fuso rack truck with extensive damage to both vehicles. Driver of Toyota pronounced at scene. 3 patients from truck-2 transported to HVHC ALS by Peekskill VAC/35M1, 1 RMA. Prolonged investigation and cleanup.
