Description Of Incident: Male shot in vehicle on Odell Ave at rear of Emerson JHS. Round struck and punctured vehicle's gas tank. Victim ran down Odell to Walgreen's on Nepperhan Ave. Empress transported male with GSW to the hand to Montifore.
