XX:XX - Putnam Valley Fire, Ambulance Putnam Medic 2 dispatched on a Bravo for reported MVA

XX:XX - O/S units reporting significant injuries, request Medic 2 step it up

XX:XX - Medic 2 requests status of stat flight, Putnam 911 reports stat flight tied up on jobs only avilable medivac is out of Albany

XX:XX - Medic 2 O/S, requests additional ambulance to scene

XX:XX - Putnam Valley and Mahopac Falls dispatched, M. Falls 19-7-1 will handle, enroute

XX:XX - IC-24 requests launch of chopper

XX:XX - Per Medic 2, request additional Medic unit - Medic 6 (supervisor) enroute

XX:XX - IC-24 requesting ETA on chopper, 911 Coming back with 38 min. ETA

XX:XX - Per Medic 2, cancel chopper - both Pts will go via ground to Westchester Med. Center

XX:XX - 19-7-1 w/ Medic 2 enroute to WMC 1pt. ALS

XX:XX - 34-7-1 states intercept complete, continuing into WMC

XX:XX - 34-7-1 @ Hospital

XX:XX - 19-7-1 @ Hospital

XX:XX - Put. Valley Fire back in service
