2025 - "908" advising MTA is reporting a person just struck by train @ station. Multiple units responding.

2026 - PCPD o\s confirming a person struck, they can see the aided, aided is alive w\ visibe major trauma. Aided is entraped between train & beneath platform. EMS w\ a rush. FD w\ a rush.

2027- PCRRB*EMS paramedics o\s, confirming aided condition.

2028 MTAPD reporting power is OFF. EMS & PD attempting to remove fence to get to aided.

2035 EMS & PD able to gain access.

2038 pt extricated from under train\platform being moved to ambulance

2040- EMS enroute WCMC w\ escort from MTA & PCPD, requesting NYSP for highway control. EMS requesting patch to WCMC for level 1 notification.
