Bronx River Parkway Responses

i know Scarsdale FD had a parkway run today involving a pin, but my question deals with the parkway itself. Does Scarsdale run north? Who runs south? Do they send the rigs in both directions, both within Scarsdale?... and what about when its between Scarsdale, does one dept run each way like the Sprain? if so why not?
