White Plains- EDP on Train 11-2-06

Description Of Incident: EDP boarded 3:17 train to White Plains at 125th St and began to act irrationally, threatening passengers. Suspect threatend passengers with what he said and what appeared to be a gun. Upon arrival at station, male barricaded in a bathroom. EDP later in custody armed with a screwdriver, no gun recovered.
