Description Of Incident: Fire in a 3-frame with extension to exposures.

0425hrs- E-73 transmtting 10-75.

E-73, E-83, Sq-41, E-71; L-42, L-29, L-55 FAST; B-14; Rescue, Squad 61, B-26(10-75)

0427hrs- B-14 using All-Hands On Arrival for heavy fire 1st floor rear of a 3-story row frame 50X100.

0430hrs- B-14 transmitting 2nd Alarm fore heavy fire in the rear with exposure problems.

2nd Alarm: E-60, E-50, E-94, E-92; TL-17, L-19; E-72/S-2, B-3 (Safety), Rescue B/C, Safety B/C, B-17 (RUL), Field Com, TAC #1

0436hrs- Div. 6 transmitting 3rd Alarm for fire into exposures.

3rd Alarm: E-35, E-59, E-69, E-91; L-48, TL-31; B-18 (Staging), B-12, MSU

0440hrs- Air Recon is down due to weather.

0448hrs- Div. 6 S/C extra Engine (43), Truck (47) and B/C (11) to Jackson St side to check exposures.

0455hrs- Div. 6 rpts heavy fire in the rear of a row of 3-stroy frame OMD's. Fire into Exposure #2 and 2A. (5) L/S/O. D/W/H.

0500hrs- Div. 6 rpts (7) L/S/O and (1) Tower Ladder in operation. (5) L/S in front. Trucks opening up exposure buildings. D/W/H.

0502hrs- S/C units are taking a line to the rear from Jackson St.

0503hrs- Div. 6 transmitting 4th Alarm.

4th Alarm: E-96, E-82, E-46; TL-44

0514hrs- S/C extra B/C (10) to Exposure #3 side.

0530hrs- Field Com. rpts Fire in (3) buildings. (3) master streams in op in front. All members were removed from the buildings. Fire is in Exposure #2, 2A and 4. (6) L/S/O.

0532hrs- S/C (2) Trucks (27/49) for relief.

0538hrs- Car 9 rpts All visible fire is K/D. Still D/W/H.

0551hrs- Car 4 rpts partial collapse of the rear of the original fire building.

0620hrs- Car rpts P/W/H.

0650hrs- Car 4 rpts Fire is U/C. Transmitting 5th Alarm for relief.

5th Alarm: E-58, E-42, E-80, E-45
