Departments: Volusia County Fire Services - Engine 12, Squad 12, Battalion 20, EVAC ambulance

Description: A twin engine beechcraft crashed when 1 engine supposedly stalled out. The instructor was killed on impact, the student passed away a few hours later at the hospital
