Looks like a cool book, I ordered a copy.

Product Description

354 Black and White photographs representing fire and rescue apparatus of all 169 cities and towns in Connecticut.

The Author/Photographer is a career fire lieutenant who spent over 25 years photographing all of the fire apparatus in Connecticut in his spare time and now submits his third and final volume of his photographs, with interesting text.

Some state and town trivia, along with a few interesting surprises are included to make an entertaining as well as an informative keepsake of the history, art and science of the fire apparatus in the Constitution State.

About the Author

Kevin McKeon is a career fire Lieutenant in the West Shore Fire District in West Haven, CT. He holds a B.S. degree in Fire Technology and an A.S. degree in Chemistry. He is a nationally and state certified Hazardous Materials Technician and an Emergency Medical Technician.

Other than fire apparatus photography, his interests include, commercial truck and railroad photography, college and pro football, playing the trumpet and the bugle. He is a bugler for the Connecticut Statewide Fire Dept. Honor Guard, and a member of the Connecticut Alumni Senior Drum & Bugle Corps.

He is a New Orleans Saints fan. He resides in West Haven with his fiance Jacquelyn Donovan and his daughters Rachel and Taylor McKeon along with a house full of Collies and Shelties

I have all three editions (the first two are out of print) and Mr. McKeon has done a fine job again.

Its a good view to get a taste of CT's vast array of trucks. The older books had some unique trucks in it. Unfortunately, our new Engine 4 (the Smeal) was not in this issue but the our Old 1981 ALF was in volume 2.
