All agencies will be on the same system. The difference between the North and South Zones are the frequencies being used. When a unit from a North Zone agency travels into the South Zone, the South Zone towers will provide this unit with access to the system utilizing the South Zone frequencies. Same will happen for South into North.

Talkgroups (i.e. Battalion) will be the way the system will be how the system is divided.
