1830hrs-PPD Desk dispatching Cars 258, 260 & 264 IAO N. Division St. & Diven St. for a strong arm robbery.

1832hrs-As per PPD desk, hispanic male robbed of cell phone by (2) black males, both wearing black jackets & blue jeans, (1) with a black hat.

1837hrs-Units advising victim was held-up and shot with a BB gun. Complainant is at PPD HQ. Units are canvassing the area for suspects.

1841hrs-Car 260 advising he has a male fitting the description on Decatur & Main, Car 258 en-route to back him.

1843hrs-Car 260 advising negative on the suspect description.

1902hrs-Unit advising of possible suspects at Crossroads Shopping Plaza. Car 254 en-route as back-up.
