Time: Starting around 9am

Location: Carmel, Kent, Putnam Valley

Frequency: 46.380 46.440 and 46.540

Units Operating: Multiple Agencies

Description Of Incident: Brown out in area affecting towns of Carmel, Kent & Putnam Valley. Multiple CO alarms for all agencies. NYSEG reports a transmission line problem.
