1829 HRS NYSP TMC advising that Aviation is enroute, unit 1H18

from Albany.

1841 HRS 3K83 NYSP K-9 enroute from Somers.

1845 HRS TMC advising "Radio Silence Foot Pursuit in Zone 3"

1853 HRS NYSP K9 on scene.

1859 HRS TMC advising units at the scene that Perp might have

ties to a 155 Smith Street address in Peekskill. Peekskill PD contacted

1904 HRS NYSP Aviation in the area.

1907 HRS State Police and Peekskill Police checking 155 Smith St.

for Perp.

1923 HRS TMC advising that all day shift SP units can clear the scene

and return to station.

1925 HRS TMC advising "Resume Normal Radio Traffic"

1945 HRS All PD units are clearing from the location.
