Description Of Incident: Pursuit with a bailout and foot chase in the Bronx. (1) perp under. Yonkers 3rd PCT R/C involved in MVA on Jerome Ave near the Mosholu Parkway. (2) P.O.'s to Jacobi under escort with non-life threatening injuries. (2) other Yonkers Officers injured attempting to subdue suspect, transported to St. John's Hospital. FPTF.
