Helicopter blazing a trail?

This looks like a helicopter that would be used during forest fires to help create a fire line. Can any body tell me what this is?

I've seen it used out here several times. All it is, is a giant drip torch. It works just the same as the hand drip torches, but in a larger scale. Say you want to do a large fire break at the top of a hill that has fire coming up it. You basically burn out the top and make a large fire break. I've seen it used only in extremely large brush fires. The other common use is during the months of April or May during prescribed burns. These are burns that are intentionally set and controlled by fire crews so that ares with large fire hazard are burned out so that if the big one hits, during a hot windy, fall day, the local community doesn't burn down.
