1744hrs-44-Control dispatching Monsey FD (Dept. 7) to the above address for an unknown type fire. 7-1 i/s. 44-Control advising several calls, unclear as to what is burning.

1746hrs-44-Control advising several more calls stating working structure fire.

1747hrs-Dept. 7 unit o/s w/smoke condition.

1748hrs-44-Control re-toning Dept. 7.

1750hrs-44-Control advising possibly a fire on the #2 floor. 7-1 o/s, establishing command.

1754hrs-7-Command transmitting a Signal-12 (Working Fire). As per 44-Control, EMS is en-route as per the request of the PD.

1755hrs-44-Control dispatching Spring Valley FD (Dept. 17), request for (1) pumper w/manpower to the scene. 17-1 & 44-4 (Coordinator) in service.

1800hrs-As per 7-Command/44-Control, all units operating going to Frequency-2 for operations.

1930hrs-As per 7-Command, all Dept. 7 units back in service/returning.
