Description Of Incident: Fire in (2) condo complex buildings, 2-story multi-unit OMD's.

1442hrs- Valley Cottage and Congers (3-Tower) dispatched for a structure fire.

1446hrs- 22-Command rpts fire in a 2-story occupied OMD, heavy fire showing. M/A Nyack (Truck), West Nyack to scene.

1450hrs- Req. Nyack ladder to the rear of the building. Heavy fire in (4) units. M/A Central Nyack 2-Tanker enroute.

1455hrs- M/A Congers Tower Ladder to scene. Valley Cottage set up in front. Exposure problem on Exposure #4 side. Co's reporting water problems.

1510hrs- Extension into Exposure #4. M/A Nanuet Engine enroute.

1530hrs- All co's going to exterior op's ATT. Localized collapse in the rear of original fire building.

1600hrs- Shutting down ladder pipes. Co's hitting pockets of fire.

1650hrs- CMD rpts fire is K/D. Extensive overhaul
