Description Of Incident: Victim pinned between a forklift and a beverage truck.

1816hrs- R/C 110 (Sgt) req. Detectives and Crime Scene Unit to scene. Victim "likely."

1830hrs- Empress with ESU Truck 3 transporting victim to St. John's Hospital in traumatic arrest. R/C 110 req. impound tows for both vehicles involved.
