1700hrs- YPD dispatch advising rpts of an MVA with caller stating "car rolled over 17 times."

1705hrs- R/C 103 on location with 2-car MVA, confirming pins in both vehicles, req. multiple Empress units. NYSP on scene.

1707hrs- R/C 103 rpts (1) occupant has been removed by P.O.'s, still entrapment in second vehicle. Units advised to enter from Tuckahoe Road ramp to northbound I-87 and turn left at top of ramp.

1720hrs- PD/FD extricating, (1) victim removed, 2nd being worked on.

1728hrs- Passenger has been extricated, and being packaged.
