Location: Rt. 311 under Interstate 84 overpass

Frequency: 46.3800, 46.5400

Units Operating: Patterson FD and EMS, Lake Carmel FD and EMS, Stat Flight, Kent PD, NYSP, PCSO.

Description Of Incident: Kent Police reporting serious PIAA rollover with entrapment under the overpass requesting two ambulances to the scene on initial dispatch.

stat flight cancelled en-route unknown reason.- 1416hrs
