Camcorder Recomendations

Im looking to buy a camcorder so that I can film the whole Fire/Job/Call or whatever you wish to refer to it as instead of little/short clips like this .Im looking for somthing with great zoom, afordable, decent size, easy to use, and looks somthing like the picture below.

$300 is CHEAP for a digital camcorder, especially with all the features that model has. I'm not sure how cheap you thought they were.
