New Rochelle Fire Frequencies

Could anyone with any info on how New Rochelle FD operates in regard to dispatch and fire ops frequencies help answer the following questions.

What frequency(ies) does New Rochelle FD use to dispatch and operate on? Is it 33.96 or something else?

I am aware they use a UHF frequency once dispatched.

Do they utilize a P/L with their dispatch frequency(cies) so they only hear New Rochelle being dispatched or do they hear anyone else in Westchester on their frequency too?

Any help would be appreciated.
