2nd Alarm: E-3, 6, 15, 10; L-3; B-1 (Safety), B-7 (RUL), E-9/Sat-1; Safety B/C, Rescue B/C, Field Comm.

2305hrs- E-10 replaced by E-33.

2309hrs- B-6 rpts Using All-Hands (1) L/S/O, 2nd underway. Fire in a 6-story 100X100. Primary search underway.

2309hrs- Div. 1A req Engine Co. to West Broadway X Prince to supply TL-9. E-24 assigned.

2314hrs- Div. 1 rpts fire on the entire top floor. Numerous Tower Ladders setting up and going into operation. Engine co's advancing up. D/W/H.

2315hrs- Div. 1 transmitting 3rd Alarm. Staging area is Spring X 6th. NYPD Level 1 Mobilization.

3rd Alarm: E-10, 16, 7, 1; L-8, 12; MSU; B-4 (Staging B/C); B-43 (Air Recon)
