About 10 yrs ago there was a Hudson Valley Firehouse cookbook published in paperback. Firefighters from all over Westchester were asked for recipes. How about we start one here. Nobody cooks better then we do !!

Anybody who remembers the Chile Cookoffs @ the Dam will attest to that

Simple favorite of mine....

Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of barbecue sauce and beer with fresh garlic for a few hours. Throw on the grill. Put over brown rice mixed with veggies.

Too bad I can't make that at work... unless I brought in a "marinade" from home in an unlabled bottle...

Stratfield Fd has our own cookbook as well, paperback, has about 50 recipes in it.
