SIU Detectives first on scene, got police information about 2 white vehicles possibly involved, 3rd pct units locate crime scene and shell casings on Saratoga Ave, White vehicles located with 7 female suspects, IFO 37 Lawrence Street. 2 females arrested for obstructing the police investigation. Detectives on scene investigating and CIU processing the crime scene.
