Description Of Incident: Intoxicated & under the influence of an unknown narcotic, 36yr old female alone watching the sun set from the rooftop of 86 Hamilton Ave (approx 65feet) and falls and lands through the roof of a Lincoln town car. Female was treated by ESU and Empress medics for a severe compound fracture to her left ankle, fractured femur, pelvis and other assorted trauma related injuries. Female was transported by ESU & Empress to Jacobi Medical center in serious, but stable condition. YPD Detectives investigating.
