From what I know....

2 ladders - L35, L10 (both straight sticks)

6 Engines - E250 is a telesquirt, other engines are 253 254 255 257 258

3 Chiefs cars - 2261, 62, 63, and car 2268 for the carrer captain

5 Utilities - U11, 18, 40, 50, and 69

3 ambulances 69B1 B2 B3

1 BLS flycar 6905

I don't think they have any boats, and i'm not sure of the number of antiques

Just for clarification purposes, all vehicles are owned by the Lake Mohegan Fire District with the exception of the ambulances (69B1, 2, 3), the ems fly car the trailers (fire safety trailer, fire safety house and injury prevention trailer). These are owned by the Mohegan Volunteer Fire Association.

The Association also owns two antiques, a 1941 Mack and a 1948 Chevy/Boyer. One interesting thing to note is the Chevy was originally owned by the fire district, sold, changed owners a couple times and recently bought by the fire association and since restored.

Now, here's my question. When you say the rigs are owned by the district and not the association, what's what exactly is the difference??

If I remember right, they have some paid drivers that work for the district, I presume the volunteers are members of the association??

Our Career personnel work for the fire district and the volunteers are members of the fire association. Technically all the volunteers are unpaid employees of the fire district everytime they go on a call.
